Addition Financial Arena Venue Information

The arena is located at 12777 Gemini Boulevard North, right in the middle of UCF’s main campus. It replaced an older, smaller arena that opened in 1991. The current building cost about $105 million and seats roughly 10,000 people, depending on how it is set up.

It is owned by UCF and managed by Oak View Group. In 2022, Addition Financial Credit Union signed a naming-rights deal that runs through 2034.

The arena is best known for UCF basketball and volleyball, but it also brings in big concerts (Elton John, Drake, Lady Gaga, etc.), Disney on Ice, graduation ceremonies, career fairs, and dance marathons. There are no support pillars inside, so every seat has a clear view. The building has 16 luxury suites, two party suites, loge boxes, and a club lounge called the Black & Gold Club.

Floor

The arena floor is versatile and changes configuration based on the event. For concerts or large events, seating can be arranged directly on the floor, often with temporary seating for several thousand. 100s (Lower Bowl)

The lower bowl is the core seating area nearest to the action for sports like basketball. For UCF basketball games, approximately 7,000 seats are allocated in this area. There is also a courtside club section on one baseline, providing premium seats with food and beverage access.
